Building the Community.
Wildlife Communities® and conservation land management services that keep Texas wild.
What is a
Wildlife Community?
This is your opportunity to own and steward a conservation-certified homestead from 5 to 20+ acres in the Post Oak Savannah & Blackland Prairie region of Central Texas.
A Wildlife Community® is a private community of these conservation-certified homesteads, typically 10 to 15 homesteads per community, surrounded by professionally restored native prairie and managed wildlife habitat.
At least 80% of the total acreage of every Wildlife Community is reserved and actively managed as open space for native plants and wildlife, providing a healthy, balanced ecosystem as a backdrop to your private living spaces.
This is true land stewardship for families who value Texas heritage and want to design, build, and pass down something genuinely better.
Where We Build
Wildlife Communties
Our focus is Fayette County, which sits within two native ecoregions: the Post Oak Savannah and Blackland Prairie. Historically rich in biodiversity, native tallgrasses, and healthy ecosystems teeming with authentic Texas wildlife, all of which our Wildlife Communities work to restore.
Fayette County sits at the geographic center of three major Texas metros—90 minutes from Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. As these metros expand outward, growth here is inevitable. As more families choose to relocate here or live regionally, balancing city life with time in the country, Fayette County will change.
We believe Wildlife Communities are a solution that serves both population growth and conservation needs. Our conservation development model restores and permanently protects wildlife habitat while giving families the opportunity to be more than just landowners—to be land stewards participating in conservation at a scale that’s difficult and expensive to achieve alone.
Where Two Ecosystems Converge: Fayette County lies within both the Post Oak Savannah and Blackland Prairie—two of Texas’s most threatened ecoregions.
Equidistant from 3 Major Metros: Fayette County sits 90 minutes from Houston, Austin, and San Antonio—as far as you can drive away from any of these cities before you’re technically driving toward another.
